I would say "Pardon our Dust" but over the past 2-3 weeks, I've been absent from the blog, and it's been great. I've honed in on some projects and while I didn't complete them all, I do want to take a moment and share them here. They're pretty cool!

New Courses

Within the Start from Scratch to $100K Community, I've added more printed content like proposal templates, employment agreements, email templates, sales letters, help wanted ads, job interview questions, and a lot more. But now we have more courses too!

Pricing 

Late last year, we added a pricing course. I take you from not knowing how to price to using your own numbers to come up with a solid rate including pricing, guesstimating time, coming up with a labor rate, and more.. That course was fun but I've been asked for an extension of it. Stay tuned.

Email Marketing Deep Dive

Last, but not least, we published the email marketing course. This one was fun. All things email marketing is covered here including connecting with your prospects, finding email leads (FREE email leads), email best practices, authenticating your email, what to say in the email, and a whole lot more. Plus we included free email templates you can use.

But That's Not All!

I've been working on a calculator. I know what you're thinking...."There are a ton of calculators out there already!" Hey, I get it. But this one is a little different. It breaks down each pricing component, it allows for greater customization, and if you know your numbers, you can integrate a custom Gross Profit to come with a better quote for your next winning bid! Most tools out there allow for NO flexibility and apply a rate that's generic to everyone. Not this one. 

Better yet....it's FREE. No strings attached. While it's not finished yet, it will be soon. It's been a work in progress for a long time now (I know nothing about coding and wanted to bootstrap this one). Below is a screenshot.

Coming this spring there will be additional courses. There's a planned redux of the Pricing Course and a course on doing Cleaning Walkthroughs. 

Moreover, there will be a Season 2 of Beyond the Mop and a new YouTube channel for those of you visual learners. Finally, I'm leaning into AI with a new YouTube channel focused on AI in the cleaning business and a virtual AI assistant that you can converse with to help you in your cleaning business journey.
